Nutella Chocolate Truffles

  • 50g plain chocolate
  • 150g Nutella
  • 2tbsp single cream
  • 30g of toasted hazelnuts


    In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, cream and Nutella. Stir at all times.
    Allow to cool and almost set. Using a teaspoon, scoop out a heaped teaspoon of chocolate mix and shape into a ball.
    Roll the chocolate ball into the toasted hazelnuts and chill for 3 hours.
