Reindeer Chocolate Bark

  • 100g milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 100g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 8 red smarties
  • 8 small pretzels
  • 16 mini white marshmallows
  • 1 edible black pen
  • festive sprinkles such as stars


    Melt the dark and milk chocolate in separate bowls. Pour the dark chocolate over a lined baking tray. Make sure it is lined with parchment paper. Then drizzle the milk chocolate over the dark chocolate.
    Place the red smarties in 8 sections but not next to each other. These are Rudolph’s nose. Then put two marshmallows next to each other above each smartie. Using the black edible pen, draw two eye pupils onto the marshmallow.
    Next break a pretzel in half. These will be the antlers, added them to above the eyes and have the pointed bit sticking out.
    Finally sprinkle the festive sprinkles around the chocolate and chill until set. You can then break it up and eat.
